Mission Impossible 5
Tom Cruise and the whole cast came to Morocco to shoot the fifth instalment of the Mission Impossible film franchise. In addition to scenes shot in Casablanca, a beautiful, discreet villa in the foothills of Marrakech was chosen to be the safe-house for various scenes with the leading actors and actresses. Whilst scouting for locations and sets, the design director had seen the Yahya gallery and the "Invisible Light" exhibition at the Royal Mansour and approached Yahya to make available several pieces of lighting and furniture and one of the artworks which was used to decorate the main living room for several of the scenes. The film is due for release in 2015.
