Decorative Wall Art No. 21 is a sculptural wall composition combining layered hand-sawn Arabic calligraphy with refined metal finishing and architectural simplicity. The piece is composed of a metal background panel in either aged bronze finish or polished nickel silver, upon which individually hand-sawn calligraphic forms are mounted in relief to create depth, shadow, and sculptural contrast across the surface. The raised Arabic calligraphy is finished in a lighter medium bronze tone against a deeper dark bronze background, allowing the calligraphic composition to emerge visually through subtle tonal contrast and shifting reflections of light across the metal surface. Presented within a simple stained and varnished wooden frame with clean linear edges, the artwork balances the precision of the calligraphic forms with the purity and restraint of the surrounding composition.

The artwork is supplied with an integrated concealed wall fixation system positioned on the reverse of the piece, allowing it to be mounted cleanly and securely against the wall. The concealed mounting brackets are designed to preserve the purity of the framed composition while ensuring straightforward installation.
The metal surface should be lightly dusted using a soft dry cloth. Abrasive products, chemical cleaners, excessive moisture, or aggressive polishing products should be avoided in order to preserve the integrity of the layered metal surfaces, patinated finishes, and protective varnishes. Due to the handcrafted nature of the sawing, patination, and finishing processes, subtle variations in tone, texture, and surface detailing may naturally occur and form part of the artisanal character of the piece.
For polished nickel silver finishes, the metal may occasionally be cleaned using gentle silver-care methods if required. Any cleaning should be carried out carefully using soft non-abrasive materials in order to preserve the clarity and refinement of the polished surface. The wooden frame should similarly be maintained using only a soft dry cloth and protected from excessive humidity, direct heat sources, or prolonged direct sunlight.
