acklit Wall Art No. 17 is a monumental architectural wall composition structured around a large geometric wooden framework divided into nine distinct sections composed of squares and elongated rectangular panels surrounding a central illuminated composition. The substantial stained and varnished wooden frame is richly hand-carved with floral ornamentation, while each inset panel contains hand-sawn and hand-engraved metalwork executed in either brass with aged bronze finish or polished nickel silver, mounted between protective clear glass and concealed diffuser panels. Soft integrated LED illumination positioned behind the handcrafted metalwork reveals the intricacy and depth of the ornamental patterns while creating a warm atmospheric glow throughout the composition, giving the piece a powerful architectural and sculptural presence.

The artwork is designed for clean and secure wall installation through an integrated concealed fixation system positioned within the reverse of the structure. Each illuminated hand-sawn metal section is mounted between protective clear glass and diffuser panels and illuminated through concealed integrated LED lighting positioned within the framework of the piece. Drivers and electrical components remain fully concealed within the body of the artwork.
The construction allows maintenance access to the internal lighting system and electrical components when required. The artwork is designed to connect directly to a standard electrical point for operation.
The stained and varnished hand-carved wooden frame should be lightly dusted using a soft dry cloth. Glass surfaces should be cleaned carefully using appropriate non-abrasive glass-cleaning products applied to a soft cloth rather than sprayed directly onto the artwork.
The illuminated metalwork remains protected behind clear glass and therefore requires no direct maintenance. Abrasive cleaning products, excessive moisture, or aggressive materials should be avoided. Due to the entirely handmade nature of the work, subtle artisanal irregularities, variations, and traces of hand craftsmanship form an intentional part of the character and authenticity of each piece.
