Console Table N°4

Ref: F-CT-004

Console Table No. 4 is a highly restrained architectural console defined by its refined proportions, sculptural material contrast, and minimalist structural elegance. The composition is formed from a slender blackened steel framework supporting two finely crafted bronze levels: an upper tabletop and a secondary lower shelf. Each bronze surface is sculpturally milled, subtly recessed, and hand-hammered to create a softly textured materiality that contrasts with the precision and lightness of the steel structure. Inset glass panels integrated within the bronze surfaces introduce transparency and visual lightness, allowing the piece to feel simultaneously delicate, architectural, and refined. The balance between linear geometry, dark patinated bronze, glass, and slender steel elements creates a console strongly influenced by contemporary Asian-inspired minimalism and architectural design language.

Steel Legs - Treated & Painted with Glass Top in either Brass, Aged Bronze Finish or Nickel Silver, Polished Finish frame.

1100 x 400 x 850 (h) mm

The console table is constructed as a fully assembled sculptural furniture piece incorporating a slender architectural steel structure together with hand-finished bronze upper and lower surfaces. The inset glass panels are supplied separately for protection during transport and are designed for straightforward installation within the bronze framework. The construction allows the glass panels to be easily removed and replaced if required while preserving the integrity and purity of the overall composition.

The bronze surfaces should be lightly dusted using a soft dry cloth or microfibre cloth. Abrasive products, excessive moisture, or aggressive cleaning materials should be avoided in order to preserve the integrity of the patinated bronze finish and protective varnishes.

Glass surfaces should be cleaned carefully using appropriate non-abrasive glass-cleaning products applied to a soft cloth rather than sprayed directly onto the piece. The blackened steel structure should similarly be maintained using a dry soft cloth without abrasive materials. Due to the entirely handmade nature of the work, subtle artisanal irregularities, variations, and traces of hand craftsmanship form an intentional part of the character and authenticity of each piece.
