The Concentric Twin Dome Pendant is one of Yahya's most iconic and enduring lighting designs, celebrated for its purity of form, balance, and architectural elegance. Entirely hand-sawn and hand-engraved with Yahya's signature floral motifs, the composition is formed from two opposing domes positioned above and below a central architectural body, creating a refined and perfectly symmetrical silhouette. Free from additional ornamentation, the design relies on proportion, craftsmanship, and light to create its distinctive presence. Illuminated from within, the pendant projects intricate patterns of light and shadow across surrounding surfaces whilst maintaining a strong sculptural identity both by day and by night. Timeless, elegant, and instantly recognisable, the Concentric Twin Dome Pendant has become one of the defining pieces of the Yahya Heritage Collection.

The pendant is suspended from a structural ceiling fixation plate concealed behind a decorative ceiling canopy. The electrical connections and drivers are housed within the canopy, allowing convenient access for maintenance whilst remaining completely hidden from view.
The composition incorporates hand-sawn and hand-engraved upper and lower domes connected by a central architectural body, creating a clean and balanced symmetrical form. Access to the lighting system is provided through concealed twist-lock fixing systems integrated within the upper decorative section, allowing straightforward maintenance and lamp replacement.
The lighting system incorporates concealed illumination positioned within the central body, allowing light to radiate through the hand-sawn floral metalwork and project decorative patterns onto surrounding architectural surfaces. The Concentric Twin Dome Pendant is available in multiple standard sizes, with bespoke dimensions available upon request. Exterior versions may also be specified with IP67-rated electrical components and specialist UV-resistant protective coating systems where required.
The brass with aged bronze finish or polished nickel silver surfaces should be lightly dusted using a soft dry cloth or microfibre cloth. Abrasive products, aggressive cleaning materials, and excessive moisture should be avoided in order to preserve the integrity of the finish.
Our brass pieces are hand-finished, aged to a rich bronze patination, and protected with a durable lacquer system. Interior versions utilise a specialist interior lacquer, whilst exterior versions receive a UV-resistant protective coating developed specifically for outdoor environments.
Polished nickel silver is a solid material rather than a plated finish and may naturally soften slightly over time. Where required, it may be maintained using a quality silver polish or traditional lemon-based cleaning methods, followed by careful rinsing and drying. Due to the entirely handmade nature of the work, subtle variations and traces of hand craftsmanship form an intentional part of the character and authenticity of the piece.
