The Crystal Flame Pendant is a luminous reinterpretation of one of Yahya's most iconic lighting designs, combining the celebrated silhouette of the Flame Pendant with the purity and brilliance of crystal. Retaining the elegant teardrop form that has become a signature of the Yahya Heritage Collection, the composition incorporates a delicate hand-sawn and hand-engraved floral crown above a sculptural crystal body that extends through both the teardrop form and the lower dome. The transparency of the crystal introduces an entirely new relationship between light, material, and craftsmanship, allowing the pendant to appear lighter and more ethereal whilst preserving the elegance and recognisable character of the original design. Illuminated from within, the crystal softly diffuses the light source whilst the hand-sawn floral metalwork projects decorative patterns onto surrounding surfaces. Timeless, elegant, and highly architectural, the Crystal Flame Pendant combines sculptural beauty, exceptional craftsmanship, and atmospheric illumination within a single luminous form.

The pendant is suspended from a structural ceiling fixation plate concealed behind a decorative ceiling canopy. The electrical connections and drivers are housed within the canopy, allowing convenient access for maintenance whilst remaining completely hidden from view.
The composition incorporates a hand-sawn and hand-engraved floral crown positioned above a body formed from precision-cut crystal elements that create both the teardrop section and the lower dome. The crystal components are mounted within a concealed structural framework that preserves the purity of the form whilst ensuring long-term stability. Access to the lighting system is provided through concealed twist-lock fixing systems integrated within the upper decorative section, allowing straightforward maintenance and lamp replacement.
The lighting system incorporates concealed illumination positioned within the crystal body. The primary light source softly illuminates the crystal whilst simultaneously projecting decorative patterns through the hand-sawn floral metalwork. The Crystal Flame Pendant is available in multiple standard sizes, with larger bespoke versions available upon request. Exterior versions may also be specified with IP67-rated electrical components and specialist UV-resistant protective coating systems where required.
The brass with aged bronze finish or polished nickel silver surfaces should be lightly dusted using a soft dry cloth or microfibre cloth. Abrasive products, aggressive cleaning materials, and excessive moisture should be avoided in order to preserve the integrity of the finish.
The crystal elements should be cleaned periodically using a soft lint-free cloth and a suitable non-abrasive glass or crystal cleaner. Care should be taken to avoid contact between aggressive cleaning products and adjacent metal finishes. Abrasive pads or polishing compounds should never be used on crystal surfaces.
Our brass pieces are hand-finished, aged to a rich bronze patination, and protected with a durable lacquer system. Interior versions utilise a specialist interior lacquer, whilst exterior versions receive a UV-resistant protective coating developed specifically for outdoor environments. Polished nickel silver may be maintained using a quality silver polish or traditional lemon-based cleaning methods where required. Subtle variations and traces of hand craftsmanship form an intentional part of the character and authenticity of each piece.
