The Nafura Pendant is a monumental architectural lighting design distinguished by its generous proportions, sculptural form, and dramatic interplay of light and shadow. Suspended from four chains, the composition is formed around a large domed body divided into a series of elegant hand-sawn and hand-engraved sections that create rhythm, depth, and visual refinement across the surface. Beneath the main dome, a secondary sculptural dome reinforces the layered architectural composition, terminating in a discreet decorative element that conceals the uplighting system. Illuminated from within, the pendant projects intricate floral patterns across surrounding walls whilst creating a soft luminous presence above. Majestic, atmospheric, and highly architectural, the Nafura Pendant is particularly suited to grand entrance halls, double-height spaces, palaces, hospitality environments, and large-scale residential interiors.

The pendant is suspended from a structural ceiling fixation plate concealed within a decorative ceiling canopy. Four suspension chains support the body of the chandelier and create a balanced architectural composition whilst providing structural stability. The electrical connections, transformers, and drivers are housed within the upper structure, allowing convenient access for maintenance whilst remaining completely hidden from view.
The composition incorporates a large segmented dome formed from hand-sawn and hand-engraved floral metalwork. Beneath the principal dome sits a secondary sculptural dome that reinforces the layered architectural character of the design. A concealed lighting chamber positioned within the lower decorative section houses the primary illumination systems whilst maintaining the purity of the overall form. Access to the lighting systems is provided through concealed fixing systems integrated within the decorative structure, allowing straightforward maintenance and lamp replacement.
The lighting system incorporates multiple independent light sources. The primary illumination projects intricate floral patterns onto surrounding walls through the hand-sawn metalwork, creating the dramatic decorative atmosphere for which the piece is known. Additional concealed illumination within the upper structure creates a soft architectural glow across the ceiling without producing direct pattern projection. The Nafura Pendant is available in multiple standard sizes, with bespoke dimensions available upon request. Exterior versions may also be specified with IP67-rated electrical components and specialist UV-resistant protective coating systems where required.
The brass with aged bronze finish or polished nickel silver surfaces should be lightly dusted using a soft dry cloth or microfibre cloth. Abrasive products, aggressive cleaning materials, and excessive moisture should be avoided in order to preserve the integrity of the finish.
Due to the scale and suspended nature of the piece, cleaning should be carried out carefully and systematically. Particular attention should be given to the hand-sawn metalwork to prevent the accumulation of dust within the decorative openings. Care should be taken not to apply excessive pressure to the decorative elements during maintenance.
Our brass pieces are hand-finished, aged to a rich bronze patination, and protected with a durable lacquer system. Interior versions utilise a specialist interior lacquer, whilst exterior versions receive a UV-resistant protective coating developed specifically for outdoor environments. Polished nickel silver may be maintained using a quality silver polish or traditional lemon-based cleaning methods where required. Subtle variations and traces of hand craftsmanship form an intentional part of the character and authenticity of each piece.
