Backlit Wall Art No. 14 is a refined octagonal illuminated wall composition composed around an intricately hand-sawn and hand-engraved floral geometric metal panel executed in either brass with aged bronze finish or polished nickel silver. Mounted between protective clear glass and a concealed diffuser panel, the handcrafted metalwork is softly illuminated from behind through integrated LED lighting, revealing the depth, delicacy, and richness of the ornamental patterns. Unlike the previous wooden-framed compositions, the artwork is enclosed within a finely profiled dark bronze moulded octagonal frame whose restrained sculptural form allows the illuminated handcrafted metalwork to appear almost flush against the wall, creating a refined architectural presence with strong geometric clarity and atmospheric light.

Backlit Wall Art No. 14 — Technical Details
The artwork is designed for clean and secure wall installation through an integrated concealed fixation system positioned within the reverse of the octagonal frame. The hand-sawn metal composition is mounted between protective clear glass and diffuser panels and illuminated through concealed integrated LED lighting positioned within the structure of the piece. Drivers and electrical components remain fully concealed within the body of the artwork.
The construction of the piece allows it to be removable from the wall should maintenance or replacement of the internal LEDs or drivers be required. The artwork is designed to connect directly to a standard electrical point for operation.
The dark bronze moulded frame should be lightly dusted using a soft dry cloth. Glass surfaces should be cleaned carefully using appropriate non-abrasive glass-cleaning products applied to a soft cloth rather than sprayed directly onto the artwork.
The illuminated metalwork remains protected behind clear glass and therefore requires no direct maintenance. Abrasive cleaning products, excessive moisture, or aggressive materials should be avoided. Due to the entirely handmade nature of the work, subtle artisanal irregularities, variations, and traces of hand craftsmanship form an intentional part of the character and authenticity of each piece.
